Simulation of IoT-Based Temperature and Humidity Conditioning System in Screen House

Nowadays, various problems have arisen in agricultural sector. One of which is the decline productivity farmers' crops up to 40% caused by non-optimal environmental conditions during plant growth process. This certainly a challenge for Indonesian farmers be able continue supplying country's needs high quality products. The challenges faced do not only come from growth, but development Industry 4.0 technology also plays an important role sector Indonesia. In order adapt these technological changes, solution needed form integrated equipment with technologies such as Internet Things (IoT). creating IoT-based control and monitoring system that will applied screen house. this research, temperature humidity conditioning was designed design modeled tested through simulation on Vensim software. Based results design, house internal can controlled or maintained optimal range tomato 18–24oC offside value ±0.5oC. heating capacity rate required 10oC/hour. cooling generated compensate influence external effect 1–1.8oC/hour. values research are still need converted into fan pump PWM implemented fan- pad evaporative system.
